This book is bad. I don’t mean like praline flavored ice cream bad; I mean that listening to this book is like having an intellectual root canal. All the novel and useful content contained in this book could have been condensed into a tweet and still had room to spare.

Very pro socialist/Marxist
Rather than focusing on building business systems the balance of the book focuses on political, social, and relationships systems viewed very heavily through the biased socialist outlook.
