Big let down
Was so excited about this release only to be completely disappointed. It has been a painfully slow process trying to finish it. Usually I would say that I don’t mind a book that takes us through a crazy maze because it has a purpose but this feels like a big run around with no purpose whatsoever, zero consistency. You meet 100+ characters with huge plots of their own & zero background just guesstimating the entire time which then makes their suggested importance unimportant or just entirely to hard to keep up. But I really hate the most is the assassination of character, every big important character you end up so done with & so annoyed with that it completely took every ounce of interest in the plot.
