Captivated
There is nothing like being read to, especially when the message is inspiring. I am captivated by this detailed description of Mary and Jesus' births and early lives, and I find myself listening whenever I have the opportunity. Maria Valtorta writes with reverence for each of the players and what they experience, and I feel drawn into each scene through the respectful, understanding voice of Father Peter Bowes.
Serenity and peace in these readings
I own these books when they were called "Poem of the Man God." I don't have the time I want to spend with these readings so I'm so happy they are finally availabe in an audiobook format. There is a lot of depth and care to these stories and the reader seems to respect and get that. Beautiful!
