The New Menopause
Gave me clarity and very informative!
Must read for menopausal women
A lot of information, every woman should read it at some point before perimenopause.
Difficult to enjoy
I found this book difficult to enjoy. The language used was overly technical and full of medical jargon, which made it hard to follow and fully understand. It lacked clear explanations for why certain things happened, leaving many questions unanswered. Overall, I felt the book could have been more accessible and informative for readers without a medical background.
