I have ADHD and I listen to this book hoping it will take more action sooner, but still I am awake sometimes. And between my habit of not eating and drinking much (but enough to live) I would like something off my chest . So please reply and pretty please author do some research and start trying to write a version of this book for people with ADHD, and please tell me if you are going to
Was curious to try this book
I’ve been nursing my nearly three year old to sleep every night since she was born. I was desperate to try another method and I saw many people recommending this book. I think if something uses hypnosis tactics, it should be fully disclosed in the description. I personally don’t align with that so this was my first and last listen.
