Track Issues
So far I love the content. But I don't understand what the track lengths don't correspond to the actual sessions in the program. Session 4 should be track 4 start to finish. It makes it hard to use it across devices. I just finishes session 4 but there is 11:30 left in track 4. I'm not sure why that is but it is a bit harder to use across devices. With that said the content so far is excellent.
Forever changed my life
I have listened to countless audio tapes, podcasts, YouTube videos, paid courses, but this particular one permanently changed my life 17 years ago in a way I’ll never forget. Because when you practice the contents presented here, it literally unlocks a super power within that I feel all religions exist the bestow upon us all. He calls it “having a complete experience”, and the best example I have to share is a time where a grouchy man who was in control of a high stakes situation was yelling at me with high intensity. I had “a complete experience” and instead of being a sponge, absorbing his anger, it just blew threw me like wind and I didn’t have to internalize it. I’m sure people ‘know’ about this concept: “what you resist persists.” But where’s the step by step guide? Just like if you ordered something on Amazon where you need instructions on how to build it, most instructions are confusing and sometimes in the wrong language. This is it. I didn’t need a background to apply it immediately, you just do the practices and it’s just given to you with simple time. The only thing I’d recommend, something I’ve recently applied from a paid course on productivity, pick one simple practice, and do ONLY that practice for an entire month. I started with drinking a glass of water every day, next month was making my bed, next month was washing my dishes after every meal. Take a simple practice in this course and dedicate it to your involuntary system which is the same system that blinks our eyes and breathes our lungs. That way, you won’t have to use all your valuable motivation energy, which we only get a small amount per day. Make this an involuntary habit- it’s like having a nice clean windshield with no fog blocking your view. Have a COMPLETE experience. Practice this. You will live the rest of your life feeling like it was meant to be. Don’t sell yourself short. This. Is. It. Do the practices, don’t just listen to it, it won’t work. You literally need to apply it, just get to the first practice and commit to yourself, say: “I will commit 1-5 minutes to this every day, this one simple exercise, nothing more. One month, 30 days, I will get everything I’m wanting in life. I can do this.” You got this. Best $ you will ever spend in your entire life. 90% of people who buy these books don’t ever complete them. Be the 10% - this is your moment to learn something that will forever change your life 10-30 years from now.
