South Beach Diet - First diet that is easy to live well with

I have been on the South Beach diet for only one week and have already lost 10 pounds without the constant feeling of hunger that I had with other diets. It is also easy to find South Beach friendly menu choices at most restaurants which is important to me since I travel so much. I am very confident that I will be able to reach my weight loss goals and keep it off. I really recommend this book and diet, it is the right way to lose weight.
