Ok info for beginner but nothing new
This book is keto diet and 16/8 fasting. Nothing really new. Ok information. I am a beginner and most of this info can be found on the web. The worst part was listening to the narrator. He talks very fast (so forget about writing anything down without having to rewind). Also, he is very monotone. Even when the narrator tries to use some inflection while speaking, it is monotone. The worst is the constant fake laughing and chuckling. I ended up hate listening because I paid for the book and wanted to power through it; hoping to learn something new, nope. Not sure why Mr. Sisson farmed out the narration when he does interviews, podcasts, etc.
