new-agey with things that I find to be a bit hokey at best. Not for me.
I am bipolar
Reading this I learned a lot about the 7 principles of Bipolar some of it I already knew I’ve been Bipolar for almost 30 years been in therapy after reading this I learned things I wouldn’t have known about if it weren’t for this book.
