Awesome
Awesome book, reading it right now in print. Not your typical "we're lost in time, not what are we going to do?" It's got wars, betrayals, conquering of ancient cultures, sex and everything else that comes along with dumping a bunch of 21st century people into the 13th century. It's raw and dirty and he's not afraid to cover the ugly details.
Politically correct tripe
The author's slavish dedication to political correctness taints the whole story. Strained portraits of unrealistic heroines result in one huge plot hole. Preachy garbage.
Fascinating
Excellent book. Couldn't put it down, very engrossing tale. Read the 1st book to get started. unique storyline.
