In the tiny town of Snope City, Tennessee, Haven Moore’s visions of the past make her an outcast. When she sees a notorious celebrity on TV, vivid memories of her life as Constance, when her love for a boy named Ethan ended in fiery tragedy, flood back. In hot pursuit of answers, Haven travels to New York City to uncover the secrets embedded in her past lives—and loves. Haven embarks on an epic adventure in which her beloved Ethan might possibly also be her killer from a past life. Only the Oroboros Society, a mysterious group devoted to unlocking the secrets of reincarnation, holds the answers Haven needs.
But in a city where love and lies intermingle, how can Haven pry into her past without letting the truth destroy her in the present?
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Miller (the Kiki Strike books) delivers a smart and sinister tale of romance and destiny that should spawn plenty of imitators. Haven Moore has spent her entire life in the small Tennessee town of Snope City, kept under tight watch by her religious grandmother and the town's priest. She's generally able to resist and control her visions of a past life with a man named Ethan, but when she sees a picture of Iain Morrow, a handsome New York playboy, she starts to suspect they share a bond that could date back centuries. She runs away to New York, where she finds not only Iain, but the Ouroboros Society, a mysterious group dedicated to helping people discover their former lives. Even as feelings for her newfound (or rediscovered) lover awaken in her, she realizes that both Iain and the society are keeping secrets from her. Her investigations take her further into the society and threaten her life. Miller's writing elevates the supernatural romance well beyond typical fare, and Haven's mix of na vet and determination makes her a solid, credible heroine. Ages 12 up.

Hard to put down & if you do all you want is to pick it up
I picked this up at the library because the cover was interesting and I actually enjoyed the book! Glad its a series to be, can't wait for the next one. If you like this.. Read LJ Smith's Soulmate and Ann Brashare's My Name is Memory
I’m Surprised that it doesn’t have more attention!
I came upon this book by accident, best accident ever. There is so much to unpack with every page that you read. So many twists and turns with the story it’s hard to predict exactly where it will take you. You will build a relationship with all of the characters, It has been a while since I have put so much energy into a book. It’s a great read for sure !
