Love it
This was a great book. My first vampire book and I am glad because it made me love them.
Don’t recommend
I wanted to like this as I loved Blood and Chocolate when I was a teenager. I haven’t reread that, but if the writing is as terrible, I’ll probably regret the reread. This story was painfully dry. It was superficial character development in a sense that they had no self-no thoughts or reasons beyond what they “should” think or reason out. They didn’t have their own voices or deep tissue reactions. It was very bland and superficial. The ending is the only reason I gave it two stars, it’s not a HEA and I like the author’s twist on the finished story.
I love this book
I remember reading this book in middle school when I'll go to the library in lunch :) ohh it was amazing
