A Better World
Publisher Description
People drive to work everyday, walk to a local coffee shop, and ride their bikes around their neighborhood. You probably do these things too, but did you ever stop and think about what those trips look like? Do you see trees, flowers, gardens, or bushes? Our class walked around our neighborhood and took pictures using the photography skills we learned this year. We then drew on top of those photos to share with others how we want to see our community. What inspired us to do this is artist and storyteller, Oliver Jeffers. Mr. Jeffers challenged students to draw the world how we want to see it. You can do it too! We greatly encourage you to join us in our work.
