A Dirge For Princes
I am loving the series but there’s been a couple discrepancies that are bugging me. Sienne the Forest Cat was originally male, referred to as He. Now it’s a She all of a sudden in this book and the previous. Also when Lars introduced his children he says quite clearly that he has six sons and ONE daughter. Yet Rika and Frig are both girls. 🤷♀️ I would have appreciated it more if they kept it consistent. Lack of continuity drives me crazy. A proofreader should have caught these. No complaints other than that. The plot keeps getting better and better, the villains keep outdoing themselves and you keep wishing the good guys would catch a break. Met a lot of new characters this book and I’m looking forward to getting to know them more in the next!

Book 3 & it’s starting to drag
I loved the first 2 books but this could and should have been a trilogy. The resolution to some storylines are thwarted time and time again to the point I just don’t care to keep reading the same thing stretched out for several more books. If some things had been resolved & the story moved further along it would be worth additional books. As it is, I’m calling it a wrap.
