A humorous short story “A Mormon Romance--Reginald Gloverson” was written in 1860 and represents the narration about a young and thrifty Mormon named Reginald Gloverson and his twenty young and handsome wives. Once he goes to Omaha, in Nebraska, with a mule-train for goods and dies on the way. The main part of the story is dedicated to satirical depiction of the twenty wives further actions.
