A Trio of Animal Tales

Three adult fairy tales from the animal world; Unicorn For All, The Quick Brown Fox and For Want of Rain, about an African Wild Dog. Tales of greed and arrogance, the stories ask the reader to take an alternative look at the world. In the annual great circle hunt, young Kobi has discovered a rare animal, a unicorn. Killing the unicorn will ensure his fortune and make him famous in the Seven Tribes. But the animal talks and she promises him good luck for his entire life if he lets her go. Now he must choose instant fame and fortune or good luck in the future. In the Quick Brown Fox, the fox kit is smart and fast, but is he smart and fast enough? For Want of Rain takes a look at environmental impact from the point of view of a Wild African Dog. There is a death in each story so they aren't appropriate for young children.
