Abducted By Aliens: Sci-fi Fantasy Romance Short Story

What's a girl to do when she wakes up in a strange place, with a strange man in her room? What should she do when she realizes that she's not dreaming and the gorgeous man telling her he's an alien and she's on his ship is actually telling the truth? Erika Bennet, strong-willed, capable, and highly intelligent, quickly finds that the man she thought was psychotic was in fact telling her the truth and that he, Varl of the Guardians, is her guardian. The Guardians have come to save life on planet Earth and as a leading scientist Erika is a prime candidate. Erika has a lot to face in her new life but what awaits her is far more exciting than the life she left behind on Earth. With Varl and his friend Talia, Erika discovers not only a new world full of new life forms, she finds friendship, love, and experiences all that life has to offer. If the ship can fend off space pirates on its voyage to New Earth, Erika will even be able to be one of the founders of a new planet, with a new history, and a new life. She just has to survive long enough to get there.
