Good enough
If you are curious as to what a year long deployment is like in Iraq, mid-2000's - this book explains in detail. It can be a bit tedious to read at times, but then again, a year deployment is tedious. Overall, well written, doesn't exaggerate, and humorous. Not a run and gun shooter type of story, but the majority of the Iraq war wasn't about that anyway.

I was deployed to Iraq in 2005-2006. I'm not a reader at all but read this book cover to cover with ease. Most of the feelings/experiences I can relate to. Thank you for sharing your story. Again awesome read!
