Loved It!!
This is the fifth book in the Homegrown Café Book Club series and quite frankly the one I’ve been most looking forward to reading. Georgie and Oscar are not a couple you would expect. It's no secret that Georgie is not Oscars favorite person, with good reason. Throughout the previous books Oscar is an antisocial grouch and Georgie comes off as cold and heartless at times. This book can be read as a standalone, but I think it’s more enjoy when read with the series in order. These books are about friends and part of the draw for me to these books is the friendship between the book club members. I loved Georgie and Oscars story. It's funny and heartwarming steamy. Oscar needs to prove that he's fit to raise his older sisters baby who is unfit to raise a baby. He hire Georgie as his lawyer and to be his fake fiancée. He'll appear more stable and responsible if he's engaged. As they spend more time together their feelings start to change. Will fake become real or will they part ways and go back to being enemies?
