Mixed feelings
I love this series. I def enjoy the author’s style. She’s one of the best. However this one felt like it was a little scattered and there were gaps in it. I still enjoyed it. But I think Luna deserved to be more complex than this. I hate the pregnancy trope with a passion so I’m glad she didn’t get pregnant when they made that dangerous decision before walking into a murder scene basically. With hero is he related to her? Wouldn’t she assume he’s her brother? So all the kids have one father? I’m confused by that. With Candle, so much went wrong. The audience needed to know what he felt guilty about, why she was able to be submissive with him, why he protected her, Luna notes that the way he touched her was romantic so that’s simply confusing. I enjoyed it but it wasn’t as well done as it had the potential to be. Better luck on the rest of them!

Andre was tantalizing. I finished this book in 2 days while on vacation.
Love this author style of writing. I also read Talon and may I say they are both my favorite……
Can’t wait to start Neil next :)
