Publisher Description
All I remember is the sensation of things slipping away from me....
In one night Angel Hansen's life changes forever: She has sex for the first time. Not that she remembers the act itself -- not the pain or the pleasure. But she is left with something that will never let her forget it: an unplanned pregnancy. Angel must make a choice. Abortion? Adoption? Keep it? None of these choices are easy and none of them are perfect. But there is one thing Angel is sure of. Whatever choice she makes, it must be the right one for her. Braced with that knowledge, Angel faces the toughest decision of her life.
Customer Reviews
Cute, but hardly much action.
This book is great, mainly exploring the types of choices we make in life, and how that can affect other choices we make later on.
It is great to see the changes in one’s body that occurred with each week progressing into the final delivery, it will definitely pay the way for the future parents.
However, I hardly noticed any action going on, or hardly any dialogue, but perhaps it is because it was written in an epistolary format, like a journal or diary entry. I would’ve loved to see more details about what is actually taking place in a baby as they develop further, such as the size and shape of each major parts of the body during each week of development, including when the fearless begins to change position to emerge with the head first.
In all, it’s a pretty good book, though there are definitely many others like it, as well! If you want something quick and easy to get through, this will definitely be the book for you!
