Ann Murray v. Lester J. Wilson

Action in the district court for St. Louis county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when struck by defendants auto at a street intersection in the city of Duluth. The case was tried before William J. Archer, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $4,700 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying his motion for a new trial, defendant appealed.
