Aptavani 9 -Gnani Purush Dadashri
Publisher Description
Aptavani means speech that comes forth through the One who has realized and is in the experience of the Self. Such a One is not the owner of the speech, and such speech has the powerful effect of connecting the listener to his real Self, the eternal. Such a person in modern times is Gnani Purush Dadashri, who never wrote any book. His words in satsang- spiritual gathering, were carefully preserved and have been published in Gujarati as Aptavanis.
Aptavani 9 was first published on November 26 1985 in Gujarati. This was the last Aptavani unveiled in presence of Gnani Purush Dadashri. The English translation version was presented to the world on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Akram Vignani Dadashri, in May 2007. It shows the enlightened mahatma-awakened One of Akram Vignan how to throw the laser thin precise light of the Self on the subtle interacting kashayas of pride, deceit and greed and their ramifications and dangerous pitfalls on the path of final liberation. This 500 plus pages book was offered in two versions. one with images and another without images on the web. This current version on Smashwords is offered with further improvements in translation.
Akram Vignan is the spiritual science that is the Self. It is a direct entry into the experience of the Self, and then as the Self, to See it all as it is. The Self within all is the blissful Knower, and not the sufferer of what happens to the body complex. This profound experience begins with the words of the Gnani Purush. This Aptavani will lead a seeker or reader towards this experience.
Aptavani 9 unveils the exact vision to see the inner enemies within one’s own self. These are called kashaya. Their presence within and further reaction in the form of anger, pride, deceit, illusory attachment, greed is the fuel for ongoing suffering and pain to the self and others around. Gnani Purush Dadashri lays open the vision, the understanding to see the subtle and the subtlest aspect of these kashayas-anger, pride, deceit and greed- in operation, internally as well as externally in worldly interaction. The process of seeing these faults within is the process of liberation called Akram Vignan.
Life after life, human beings have strived for liberation otherwise known as Self-realization. On the path of liberation, the seeker is vulnerable because there exist dangers that make him fall down. These dangers are the subtle but surely existing pitfalls, which can grow within, unknown to the well-meaning traveler. A guide with the exact experience of the path is needed to proceed further, even as the climb becomes steeper and more precarious. Such a guide is Gnani Purush Dadashri as he unveils the existence of these pitfalls and dangers for the awakened One who otherwise is basking in the bliss of the Liberated State.
