Bablah's Odyssey 05

Episode 05: Bablah and Pet-Thing get acquainted with a 'reality alternator', which applies 'evolutionary enhancements' to entire populations. These improvements include multiple heads for multitasking and sleep deprivation for extending work time.

A mad genius, Lord Bablah, takes a deficient mutant Pet-Thing he earlier created on a journey across the universe to teach him about the 'wonders of progress and civilisation'. Subjected to remorseless brainwashing, Pet-Thing asks the right questions but gets the wrong answers.

Bablah's Odyssey is an absurdist satire on humanity. Using intensely colourful imagery and surreal humour, the author turns the reader's attention to many ethical, environmental, and societal problems. The comic employs a light-hearted metaphor to convey many thought-provoking ideas in a digestible manner.
