Excellent Stretching Exercises
I normally review the qualifications of the author to determine if he or she is qualified to offer advice on a subject as critical as spine health. I was initially concerned that the author was not a healthcare professional of some sort but I purchase the book in any event since I have been having back problems throughout my life. Just prior to the advent of the pandemic I purchased a Total Gym and with the aid of the associated nutrition plan and dynamic and static stretching exercises my weight dropped from 230 pounds to 175 pounds within about six months which I have maintained for almost a year. The value of the book as I see it is that it consolidates a lot of the benefits of yoga and other sources into beginner, intermediate and advanced routines that can easily be incorporated into a daily fitness plan. I strongly recommend the book as a practical source for stretching exercises with of course the caveat that one’s healthcare professional should be consulted on the initiation of any training routine.
