Publisher Description
New York Times bestselling author Lynsay Sands returns in this latest chapter of the Argeneau series with an immortal who is having a bit of bad luck while trying to woo his life mate…
Alasdair MacKenzie has never once considered himself unlucky in all the centuries he’s been an immortal rogue enforcer. Not until he meets Sophie. Finding the beautiful, smart, and funny woman who is his life mate is great luck, actually. But meeting her at a wedding full of Argeneaus, not to mention his own busybody uncles determined to “help him claim his woman,” is bad luck. And the fact that Sophie is someone else’s date? Well that’s just the next level of unlucky.
From the way her gaze travels over his body like a caress to the electric zing whenever they innocently touch…he wants her for all eternity! He’ll keep his hands off Sophie until her date is over. After that all bets are off and he’ll pull out all the stops to win her. Great plan—until he gets hit by a car. And then he’s poisoned. Is his luck that bad, or is someone out to stop this immortal from claiming Sophie as his life mate?

Bad Luck Vampire
I love Lynsay Sands books. I have every one of her Immortal series. This last one’s idea is great. I don’t know how she thinks up these stories but she does. This one has quite a bit of humor in it, some sadness but a lot of love. You start off at a wedding. This book has ones from another clan of immortals in it. And they’re Scottish. Just imagine big Scotsman in kilts with their beautiful accents. That grabbed me to buy the book right there. The poor girl in this book has one after another bad luck on loving people. Till she meets an immortal Scotsman. Well her bad luck ends with him. Like I said I love all of Lynsay Sands books and now she has a bunch of Scots to write about. She has the main man’s twin story to write plus all those Uncles. Can’t wait for those stories.
Loved it
I have been provided with a review copy of Bad Luck Vampire through NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving an impartial review. This is the thirty sixth book in the Argeneau series and we are back in this amazing world with its intricate characters. In this book you are introduced to some new characters as well as seeing some favorite characters from some previous books in the series. This book you get to learn more about Alasdair MacKenzie and Sophie Ferguson and I just had so much fun reading this story. Not only do you get to see a new couple’s journey, you also get to see the completion of another couple's journey which I was just so happy about. I’m super excited to see where this series goes because the author just introduced a whole new division of the family so I can’t wait to see what happens next.
I love it!
Okay, when is the next installment of the Immortals saga drop… can’t wait!
