Barbara Jean Porter v. Sears

Order By order of January 23, 1990, the delayed application for leave to appeal was considered, and in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the matter was remanded to the Wayne County Circuit Court for an explanation of the reasons for imposing sanctions on both attorney and client. The Circuit Court having filed its explanation, the delayed application is again considered and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court. The plaintiff-appellant's motion for protective order is DENIED as moot.
