A good story, but...
I started at the beginning of the series and I’ve enjoyed the stories and characters of Pelican Bay. What I stumble over is the frequent writing errors, as if this was written in a hurry with no editing. This book, in particular, is rife with missing verbs, incorrect words, missing and incorrect punctuation - sometimes to the point of being difficult to read. A character name is even spelled two different ways. I do recommend the story- and hope the author will edit carefully before publishing. I would have tried to send this privately to the author, but did not find a way to do that.
