Publisher Description
A new series from the USA Today and WSJ Bestselling author of the Moonshine Task Force Series!
The heat is on.
Situated on the Tennessee and North Carolina border, this town is nothing like you’ve ever experienced. Hot guys, the women they love, and a town worth saving. Bradford, TN is the epicenter of the next great romance dynasty.
Firefighters, family, and community…
Chance Caldera
As the EMT for Bradford Station, I see a lot of things I’ll never be able to forget. One of those things was my wife walking away from our marriage.
Two years later, I don’t expect to respond to a vehicle entrapment, only to find her there with a toddler who looks exactly like me.
Questions are asked, but the answers aren’t what I’m looking for. I want my family back, no matter what it takes. Even if it means potentially giving up the job I love so much.

Solid Read
This was a surprisingly really good read. EMT Chance arrives at a car accident and finds it's his wife that left him a couple of years before and a toddler boy, his son he knew nothing about. When Delia discovered she was pregnant, she panicked because of some childhood trauma, and ran away. But after having her son and realizing what she is keeping from the man she still loves, she heads home and hopefully forgiveness. These characters are well written, compelling, the book fast paced, full of sizzle, and more. Great read.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Fail for me
I’m a huge fan of this author and this series. However, I could not like female lead AT ALL. You need to learn to be independent and confident? Go to therapy. You don’t leave your husband and deprive him of his child. And the male lead- why the heck did he never say as much? He made a couple of well earned digs at her and that’s it. Minimum she should have begged his forgiveness.
Very frustrated reader.
Waste of Money
Had I paid attention to how short this would be then I would not have wasted my money. Story was terrible. Don’t bother.
