Publisher Description
She can hear, but can't talk.
The moment a customer steps into the Blue Room at Red Light, sex is the only thing on Madison's mind. Men prefer a meek, obedient, silent woman to entertain them for money. Her muteness makes her the most popular prostitute at the illegal bordello in Federal, Idaho. But at the end of her work day, Madison's curiosity to know more about the man who spends his time keeping her company in the darkness outside the Blue Room consumes her until desire overcomes necessity.
At the right place. At the right time.
Bear has nothing to offer any woman. A felon and a member of Moroad Motorcycle Club, he takes what is at his disposal—women, cash, parties—and never thinks about tomorrow. Until he witnesses Madison's smile and suddenly tomorrow matters. Determined to show Madison what she does for a living doesn't define her, he refuses to walk away.

Wonderful new series!!!
Dear Readers, give this book a chance. Go in with no preconceived ideas; go in with an open mind and an open heart. You will fall in love with the characters and with the story. You won't regret it!
Blow Softly is the first book in the series of the Red Light: Silver Girls. It can be read as a standalone.
This is a very unconventional love story between a prostitute (Madison) and an ex-con (Bear) that’s part of the Moroad Motor Cycle Club in Federal, Idaho. But this is not a motor cycle club book; however, Moroad is featured in the book and Moroad characters are involved, but not the main focus.
What makes this story unique? Blow Softly is a story of the days in the life of a prostitute (Madison) that works for the Network and they have 3-month rotations between bordellos. There are strict rules and regulations, especially regarding no outside contact with people except for paying customers.
Madison, is also mute. She can hear, she just can’t speak, as her voice box was damaged and you will find out more in the book how that happens. You are in Madison’s head as she is working with her customers, so you feel there is no emotion in the sex she provides. She is there as a just a vessel. She questions herself if she will ever be able to have a normal relationship. Then one night she hears a man whistling from her balcony and it all changes.
Bear is just as his name implies, a big man with a big chest to hold his big heart. He is an ex-con Moroad biker and I fell in love with him! This tough biker with such a tender side, I could just melt. But he is no pushover and he definitely has a dangerous angry side.
The way Debra told the story of how their relationship unfolds is beautiful, and the back-story that made me angry, sad and frustrated for them. Those emotions put me on a roller coaster ride. I laughed; I felt intense longing and tenderness between characters and the self acceptance that had to happen to make them feel deserving of each other’s love.
Debra Kayn this book is amazing! It is your best work yet! Thank you for a great book and I can’t wait for the other books in this series.
