I feel this author wanted to make a couple bucks and there’s no fault in that. However, if anyone is looking for guidance and/or answers about BPD, this is not the book to read. If you’re truly seeking help about BPD then the best thing to do is talk to a professional. With that said, reading about it can be helpful but you have to be very cautious what you read. If you want to read something I would suggest anything from Alexandria L Chapman.
