Kinda dragged a little but kinda okay
Well, when it was Aaron and Poppy’s story to be told, I have to admit it kinda dragged like the last three books. Interesting enough, it’s a rare thing to have two virgins who had this long childhood friendship that turned into something more in a high school football genre. I wanted to say that I liked Aaron and Poppy’s story and I did but it wasn’t what I expected. Sure, there’s always the crazy possessive cheerleader who caused all kinds of trouble and deception to imitate anyone like Poppy who gets in the way of the jock main character. But I did liked there were the occasional appearances of the other characters from the previous books. Also, it’s kinda sweet that Aaron and Poppy’s parents never lose their romantic and dedicated parenting who gave very insightful & heart warming advice on love.
