Buchanan v. Buchanan

This is a custody dispute that was heard by a visiting judge in Stone County. Justin Buchanan complains that the visiting
judge who heard this case lacked authority. The visiting judge was properly assigned to Stone County by this Court and authorized
by local rule to hear this case. Father made no objection to the authority of the judge at the hearing.
