A good political Sci fi read.
The characters are engaging and varied.
With many plots interwoven layer upon layers.
Major complaint: Some of the characters have almost alike names with characters that blend into other characters name and functions.

Entirely unexpected that the bulk this volume was detailed, protracted chapters of combat. Compared to previous volumes in this series, it was an unwelcome non sequitur
