Practical and profound
Andy and Ed are two of the greatest leaders in the Christian or secular communities and this book gives a good look at some practical ideas that have helped create two of the great churches in America.
This is a very quick read and is broken up into really easy to understand and visualize sections and chapters. Each with a view from one of the authors and then the other's take on the same topic. Thankfully they don't agree on all the topics and give their reasons why in a manner that's both cordial and insightful.
This is a great book for church pastors, leaders, board members and teachers alike. Very much worth the money!
