Publisher Description

Falling for the professor wasn't part of my plan…

From the moment the man walked into the bar, I knew he was still in the closet. But that didn't stop us from sharing an incredible night together.

Our easy, one-night hookup went from no-strings-attached to a tangled mess on the first day of the semester, when I locked eyes with the mystery man from the bar... who also happens to be my new Art History professor.

Lucas Mathiasson is everywhere I turn and the harder we try to resist, the closer we're pulled together. Until our weekend in Vegas. Then all bets – and rules – are off.

But lessons in love can't be taught from a syllabus. They have to be experienced.

And not all love is easy. Not all rules are meant to be broken. And not all men are created to live life in the open.

Falling for my professor wasn't part of the plan... but how do you let go of the man who taught you how to love?

I needed a heads up

I impulsively bought the rest of the series while half way through game changer. I love Lucas’ character but I just can’t read his love story. I skipped to the end just so I can have closure, as crazy as that sounds…

Book Details
I was immediately drawn into Sierra Hill’s new book “Change of Course” by Skyler’s infectious personality and his interest in Lucas, his professor. He is one of my favorite characters and I was so happy to see him have his own happily ever after. His comments about Lucas’s behavior in the bar were funny and made me want to keep reading to see if Lucas would fall for his charms! The part where Lucas first saw Skyler walk into his classroom was perfect and set the stage for a long semester of shy glances and after class help. What jumped out at me right away were all the secrets swirling around their lives. With all the friends they have in common, it would be hard to keep their relationship a secret. Their lives are filled with drama and I can see a big showdown when all the secrets are revealed. I like the backstory of Kyler’s life because it showed how he overcame a bad home life to become the smart and confident man he was today. I love the sexy banter between Skyler and Lucas and it definitely brings them closer together. Lucas sensed that Kyler had feelings for him which only complicated their student/teacher relationship, but he found it hard to stay away. Skyler wasn’t sure that spending time with Lucas was a good idea, but you can’t help what your heart is telling you. I hoped that things would work out between them after Lucas admitted that Skyler brought him out of his shell and made his life better. Skyler and Lucas have matured as they got to know each and they always speak from their heart. I can only hope they won’t let outside forces influence their future, because they belong together forever.
