They've spent their lives pushing each other away, but what will happen when they need each other most?
Anita Martin doesn't expect much from life. Growing up on the street, bouncing from one foster home to another, she learned to rely only on herself. Even after she finally found a loving family to take her in, she was still an outsider-something Abraham, one of the family's older sons, never let her forget.
Abraham Evans doesn't know how Ani always manages to get under his skin, only that's she's been doing it since they were teens. She is-and always has been-undeniably gorgeous. But he's never met anyone as pissed off at the world as Ani.
For fifteen years, Ani and Bram have agreed on exactly one thing: they can't stand each other-until one night when their anger gives way to passion. Yet even as Ani and Bram begin to secretly seek comfort in one another's arms, they remain emotionally worlds apart. When Ani's life takes a dramatic turn and she realizes she needs more than Bram can give, their fragile, no-strings relationship unravels. One way or another, Ani is determined to survive. But when Bram finally admits his true feelings, he may discover Ani has moved on without him . . .
Book 2 Bram and Ani
Book two in the Fostering Love series brings us Bram and Ani's story. After reading Unbreak My Heart and getting a glimpse of Ani and Bram there were definite clues that something a little more was there with the tow despite having grown up as foster siblings. Well we get a lot more of a glimpse right off the bat in Change of Heart. While not as emotionally charged as the first book in the series this one definitely has its moments. You also have that whole fall in love with the grumpy man thing that you had with Shane. I mean I loved Bram with all his alpha protective manliness but it was awesome to see such a softer side of him, the side we only caught just a little of with Kate. I loved getting to know all the characters even better in this book and cannot wait to continue the series.
Evolution of Love
Wow this story was amazing. I couldn’t put it down all day. I suggest blocking out enough time to read it in one go because you won’t want to stop.
From the beginning, I loved the family closeness and the outgoing personalities. Everyone was likable. Then the sexy was oh so yummy. Those points enough would have made it a great book, all sassy and hot, but then the heart moments were thrown in. The feels piled up all over me, and I loved every minute of it.
I smiled a lot and shed many tears. A book that moves me emotionally is always my goal. Change of Heart is definitely a winner.
