No spice here
This book had no spice at all. The characters were more focused on baking cakes and finding rental properties for their businesses than heating up the bakery. Very long winded for nothing happening. If you are looking for spice, keep going. If you want a bunch of random characters, neurotic leads who are fixated on baking a cake instead of really cooking something up, then you might like it.
