A mile short of nothing
This was a terrible book that lacked any substance, hints or advice to the person seeking help. The first 100 pages basically said to get help you needed to become rich and go to a wellness Spa. The last 900 pages were full of recipes that didn't offer a clue on the nutritional facts of the recipes and s you couldn't tell how much value they would be in a good program. I highly do not recommend.
