What a terrific read. I'm a bit behind in the series as I found it a bit later than other reviewers, but that's a good thing, I don't have to wait for the next to be published, I can close one & move right to the next! I'm reading pretty fast though because I can't put them down. I carry my iPad for this reason alone... wait in a doctor's office? No problem! In line for takeout! No problem! To me it's just more time to read. This is a Netflix series waiting to happen, and when it does, I'll be the first viewer of Season one! Maybe the readers will have to contact them... with so much material out there I don't know how they find anything. This would be a great one. Congrats to the author. Well done.

I bought and finished this book in one day as it was too good to put down.

Every author seems to find their own style, and Rennie's is mystery with humor. One scene I'm in suspense, the next I'm laughing out loud at his antics. It always awes me that he can keep so many plot lines going in one book, yet they all get neatly resolved by the last page.

I liked that this book had more Mia and the kids than the last one. Their familial interactions make Joe so much more real as a family man in contrast to his persona as a modern day Robin Hood, righting the wrongs of the world. Joe is someone I would really want as a friend, so I will keep reading!
