Addiction
Al you're a bit of an addiction for me. I get one book done and have to start the next one immediately. Keep writing and I'll keep reading. It's good to find an excellent Author.

Five Stars--another superb effort.
I am a big fan of Al Rennie. I love when a new book is released. He is an excellent, articulate and thoughtful wordsmith. His characters are so real on the page, the reader is able to relax and let Mr. Rennie weave his spell. All readers worry for Joe, laugh with Mia, or goof off with Billy Ray. I even feel sorry for Mrs F when Billy or Joe or Luke tries to put one over on her to go watch Pelicans or bathing beauties. Not that they would watch scantily clad females. I feel I know and like all these characters personally. I love Frank. I could tell what I like about all the others, but reading it yourself will allow you to form your own opinion. What is surprising about the story, there is minimal bad language, and the violence adds to the story without being gratuitous. I think that is the mark of a great writer. Not just a great writer, but a balanced one as well. He gives us just enough anticipation and excitement to keep us with it. There is not an unnecessary character in any of his books, not even the ones not heard from a lot. We know them all. We cry when they pass, we are happy for accomplishments, we wait with bated breath during dangerous situations, we are there for human actions and reactions. It makes me happy to know there is more of this dysfunctional family and their friends coming. Thank you, Mr. Rennie for your special brand of keeping your readers coming back for more. And his readers are happy that he is intelligent enough to have great editors. They help keep him entertaining his readers in the superb style we have come to expect. Kudos to all! I am recommending this book to everyone. I loved it. Ellen.
