This book was very interesting, and as far as learning how to do it, Grace Smith makes it very easy to understand. I just finished reading the book and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn how to hypnotize themselves. I just recently got access to the video tapes to listen to and practice what I have learned, but I think it will work for me.
