After Amanda’s parents die, she plunges into work at her defense contractor engineering job. A few years later, she notices that she is now working for the Regional Office (a.k.a. hell). In spite of its sexism and the total absence of intramural sports, Amanda loves the numbness of Regional Office, until she learns that a succubus operation is opening in Chicago. Should she join up, get away from all the chauvinist demon pigs, brave the dangers of field work, and maybe get to organize a women’s softball team?


Cricket is ninety-eight, and her bucket list is a mile long. She lives in a cushy nursing home, but she’s not ready to settle into bingo and daytime TV. Her grandchildren want to keep her in the home where nothing bad can ever happen to her. But Cricket still longs for adventure. Along comes Delilah, who tells Cricket she can walk out that door with her, and she never has to come back.


This odd couple becomes roommates and sets the Regional Office on its ear with the first ever coed demon slut basketball team.
