Come home to me
Really great story. I would say “sweet” but that doesn’t really fit. I have never been in the military but I think this story probably does a good job of showing what people coming home may be feeling. This story does a great job of showing that and showing the work and love that go into making a happy ending.

Pulls at the heartstrings. Makes you think of the difficulties military life brings to the family. Best I’ve read in awhile.
Raw and powerful
The emotions a soldier feels after being at war are so complex. This book offers a glimpse of what it’s like for a female soldier, not just a male. The raw and emotional turmoil and the coming to grips is powerful to read. I highly recommend this book to all, but especially to those who have or have had an up close and personal connection to an enlisted soldier.
