Ow….
Amazing, incredibly painful, 10/10
A great series
All in all I’m satisfied with the whole series. If you’ve read the first book and wonder if it’s worth it to continue I would say it’s worth the time I don’t regret the purchase at all. We get a lot more background into Wylan’s character and the story wraps up fairly nicely. I do have a couple gripes.
Sometimes I just was getting frustrated because it didn’t seem that the crew was ever going to catch a break it was always one thing or the next. And the ending! I have mixed feelings about how the plot went for some of the characters.
Without giving to much away let’s just say some of the characters were put on the back burner and seemed to lack the development a lot of the other characters got? I was a little disappointed about that. But it was definitely still a good read though.
I just wish certain characters didn’t turn into some tragic love interest? It seems like a waste of potential in my humble opinion. There’s so much more that could’ve been explored there. Oh well. It still kept me on the edge of my seat. So I’ll give it four stars.
