Publisher Description
He’s ready to give me a baby.
Pepper: I shouldn’t have these feelings. Rob Trainor is my best friend’s dad. He’s older, gorgeous, and utterly panty-wetting with that muscular bod and charming smile, even if he would never be interested in silly girl like me. But when the handsome alpha male prevents me from humiliating myself during an embarrassing situation, I want to show him exactly how grateful I am.
Rob: As an EMT, it’s important to be a role model in our small Wyoming community. I save lives, not destroy them. But Pepper’s something else. Sure, she’s my daughter’s best friend, but the sassy girl doesn’t care. She’s taunting me with her short skirts and flirty come-ons, but what she doesn’t realize is that a man can only be pushed so far … and once that line is crossed, I’ll be putting my baby in her belly for real.
Hey Readers – This is a saucy follow up to Pregnant By 2 Men. We meet Mindy’s best friend Pepper again and this time, she’s got a crush on Mindy’s dad Rob. You saw it coming, I know you did! But the sassy girl gives as good as she gets, and of course, Rob can’t ignore Pepper because she’s just as her name implies … spicy, saucy, and filled with a delicious heat. No cheating, no cliffhangers, and always an HEA for my readers. You’ll love the story, I promise! Xoxo, Cassie

Sweet and steamy!
An age gap romance must read that was sweet and spicy. Rob and Pepper had a great relationship and when she finds herself in trouble she doesn’t hesitate to go next door for help, what happens next was steamy as their chemistry explodes to a sizzling heat level. If you love this genre that’s taboo and hot than this is for you!
Nice little novella. Sequel to Pregnant by 2 [sic] Men.
Nice little novella. Sequel to Pregnant by 2 [sic] Men.
Like Pregnant by 2 Men, this is a sweet, kick-back novella that doesn't get too much in the angst of things (which is hardly realistic in today's society). Rob is an EMT and is at least twenty years older than Pepper, Misty's BFF mentioned in Book 1. The two meet when Pepper gets drunk after kicking her cheating boyfriend to the curb then steals Rob's rig to go joyriding... No, rewind the wayback machine a bit. Pepper's been Rob's daughter's best friend since grade school though he hasn't seen her since Pepper's prepubescence period and is shocked how Pippi Longstocking has changed to a very curvy young woman that takes his breath away.
But Pepper comes with her own angst... like what to do with her parents' birthday gift — a gift certificate to get her eggs frozen before it's too late for their little girl to be a mommy. (Talk about going a bit too far.) But Pepper doesn't like the invasiveness to protect her fertility and asks Rob if he'd like to get her pregnant the old-fashioned way. And it goes from there.
For being something short and sweet, at least I knew what these two looked like and how they behaved unlike other books I've read lately. There's still some room for editorial improvement, including a few read-throughs, but at least Cassandra Dee didn't fall for the usual template disasters. Other than for an inadequate cheating boyfriend, at least we don't have the typical villain lurking in the shadows, not unless you're Pepper's parents who sees Time as the tormenter of all those who wish to be grandparents.
The end suggests yet another young female in need of an older, more dominant daddy to help out. I need to go back and reread Pregnant by 2 Men so I can get some of the generational details back in line. Not quite "I'm My Own Grandpa" but close.
Falling for her best friends dad.

Falling For Her Best Friends Dad!
This is an older man that falls for a younger woman that happens to be his daughters best friend! They have been flirting back and forth until they decide to do something about it! Now they are together but can they tell his daughter and her parents? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
