Elizabeth Holt is a fabulous story teller, but I'm not a fan of explicit sexual details....
especially told repeatedly. It's so tiresome after the first encounter. While readers may find it instructional, it's far more scintillating to discover intimate delights on one's own.
This novel's story line continues the intriguing tale of London's wily social set in the mid-18th century. And intrigue it is, the sole reason I've now read everyone one of this series, though I skip past paragraphs that deliver laborious fine print about sexual encounters. Like the Viagara ads, however, it may draw lots of readers.
