From New York Times bestselling suspense author Terri Blackstock comes the final installment in her gripping survival series, as the Branning family is tested once more when thirteen-year-old Beth witnesses two murders--and must decide whether risking her own life to help others is worth the cost.
In the aftermath of the devastating power outage that upended the Brannings' world, the slow return of electricity brings little relief. While the community struggles to rebuild, Beth Branning becomes an unwitting witness to a violent crime--and narrowly escapes with her life. But the killer knows who she is, and it's only a matter of time before he comes after her.
Hiding in fear isn't an option when Beth's compassion draws her toward the grieving wife of one of the victims. Torn between terror and mercy, Beth must decide whether doing what's right is worth the danger it brings. As the threat closes in, the Branning family faces their most personal and perilous trial yet, confronting what faith truly requires when survival and selflessness collide.
Suspenseful, emotionally resonant, and deeply thought-provoking, Dawn's Light brings Terri Blackstock's acclaimed series to a stunning close, exploring how faith endures when fear is overwhelming, and hope feels just out of reach.
Experience the Branning family's fight for survival in the thrilling, faith infused Restoration series (Last Light, Night Light, True Light, and Dawn's Light).

So good!!!!!
At first it’s really good and then it gets pretty slow but the a little bit after the middle it gets so good and full of plot twists that you bawl your eyes out I love it but because it’s a little slow going on into the middle I rate it 4 stars
I appreciated the involvement of the Christian faith
This is a good book; a fast and smooth read. It’s the last of a series; however, it’s the first I’ve read. It reads fine as a standalone; there were a few mentions of prior incidents, but not to the extent to interrupt the story. I still plan to read the rest of this series; but out of want, not necessity.
The story line was not unique; but it was done extremely well, with unique and well developed characters. The suspense was page turning; I literally couldn’t stop reading. There were some parts where the repetitiveness made it a bit wordy, or over-explained, but other than that. I loved it!
I appreciated the involvement of the Christian faith; we need more books like this. I love to see books where families worship and pray together; but there were some aspects, I did not agree with. Having been in the same place as Kay, some of it hit close to home; but faith in my LOVING God is what helped me through. I don’t feel God needs to cause some great wrath to get world’s attention; I share my faith simply by the life I live....Beth
