Intermittent Fasting is a simple way to get control of eating and also to improve health. Gin Stephens spells it out in her book, personal story, and testimonials from others who are succeeding in this way if life (WOL).
I learned and enjoyed
I read this book in less than 24 hours; and enjoyed very bit of it! I have been hearing a lot about IF. I had it in my head, like many others that it would be unhealthy, and possibly dangerous. My Cousin has been doing it for a few weeks and after talking with her I decided to read this book. Now I am going to try IF!
Easy read & insightful
I was skeptical but open-minded. I read all 277 pages in less than 24hrs after it was recommended by my pastor. Initially, fasting seems extreme and unhealthy- but science, reality & results say otherwise! Highly recommended
