A Must Read for the IFer

This book is chocked full of information that is easy to understand because Gin is a great storyteller. But I also love that she gives you her sources in case you want to learn about the science behind it.

After reading this book o felt so prepared to start IF, and it was easier than I thought. Burn the diet books and read this book!
